Hello! Sorry for the late reply! I really want to push out the next update, but I have sooo many things to do. Agency work-wise and HandBones work-wise. I might resort to pushing the update without the initial documentation, but that won’t be very nice for the people that want to use it – for obvious reasons. :)

Thanks for the kind words! Hopefully I won’t keep you in suspense much longer. :)

Hello,
I just started investigating Robotlegs and discovered your Handbones framework… I have a couple of questions before I get too far involved: Do you have any sort of timeline for when you might push out the update mentioned above, and does it make sense for me to update the robotlegs .swc to the current 1.4, or is that going to cause all kinds of errors and issues? Thanks for your creation. I look forward to having it hold my hand as I start running with robotlegs.

Hi Ruff, unfortunately not :( I would really like to, but my other things get priority, also there is still so much I’d like to improve before I push the update, not even forgetting about the documentation.

The demand for AssetLoader is much higher, so I focus on that more than HB, also I have my 9-5 that takes the highest priority.

I can’t say if the current ‘live’ version of HB will accept RL 1.4, it’s just something you’ll have to try. I can’t think of anything that would break, maybe just a few interfaces that will need some updating.

Thanks and best of luck, sorry that I can’t be of more assistance. If you have any RL or just Flash related question you’d like to ask, feel free to leave a post/comment any time. :)

Hello Matan, I understand… Thanks – I’ll have a go with the present version then and report back any necessary changes to be made – for others’ benefit.
